➢ The Critical Area Survey was conducted to satisfy the permitting requirements necessary for the reservoir floating dock, new WTP project, and future maintenance tactics being investigated in and around Holiday Lake. Separate reports will be provided by the contracted professional ecological scientists delineating between the two water bodies which will allow for a more streamlined process during the permitting process. Surveying of the flagged data points will be conducted to update the topographic site plan survey provided by Jepson & Associates.

➢ Elm Electric provided an estimate for the installation and connection of 120V power to an aerator pump for Holiday Lake. The proposed work would provide power for a single aerator pump, LISECC supplied and connected, as well as the ability to add an additional pump at a later time. LISECC Staff would be able to install a conduit crossing the road by the WTP grate prior to Elms start date to help lower the overall cost of the project. The addition of a second aerator pump at the far side of the lake would require a buried conduit, encased in concrete, to be installed around the perimeter of the lake. Total length of the conduit trench would be ~ 400 feet, requiring ~ 10 yards of concrete. State and County review of the Ecological Critical Area Survey will determine whether or not installation of the aerator pumps are permissible within the area. Allocation of funds toward this project should be delayed pending State and County review of the proposed plan.
