2025 Dues and Other Fees
This is a breakdown of the dues and charges required to maintain the amenities and infrastructure that Scenic Estates members enjoy.
LISE Membership dues: $925.00
For 2025, the dues for membership in Lummi Island Scenic Estates Community Club, Inc. are $925.00 per year. LISE is essentially a Home Owners Association responsible for maintaining the clubhouse, marina (docks, boat launch), beach area, swim lake and playground, and the community water system.
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan fee: $126.00
There are now two DWSRF loans held by LISECC. We are in the sixteenth year of a 20-year, fixed rate (1.5%) state loan used to improve our water system. The second DWSRF loan is a 10-year loan with a 0% interest rate that has been used for the pre-construction engineering, permitting and design for the new water treatment plant. DWSRF loan fees are invoiced along with annual membership dues.
Water Usage and Connection fees
Every lot with a water connection to the LISECC water system is charged a monthly fee based on water usage and the current water rate schedule. Connections with no monthly usage are charged at the Tier 1 (or base) rate. Water usage is billed every other month. See water rates here.
