  • Troubleshooting filter performance issues

  • Calibrated turbidmeters, UVT, CL-10

  • Backwash optimization

  • Leakage surveying

  • Jar testing

  • Received new coagulant chemical samples for trials

  • Installed new fire extinguishers

  • Weekly and monthly dam inspections

  • Identified leak inside PRV vault at swim lake (1-2 gpm)

  • Cleaned gutters on WTP

  • Received and delivered clubhouse TV and sound bar

  • Community road sweeping

  • Grounds keeping

  • Updated contact info on WFI

  • Renewed: SAM, DOE WTP General Permit, AMTA, ERWOW, DOH Ops Certificates

Upcoming Projects:

  • DOH onsite visit for filter troubleshooting assistance and jar testing (December 20th, 2023)

  • Repair leak inside PRV vault (December 2023)

  • Clubhouse lighting (Pending availability of the electrician)

  • Install Marina cameras (January 2024)

  • Update and submit EAP to Dam Safety (December 16, 2023)

  • Continue leak detection and distribution repairs (Ongoing)

  • Repair Cabana bathrooms (January-February 2024)
