During this period:

  • Removed marina docks

  • Replaced ceiling tiles at Clubhouse

  • Flushing Section 1

  • Lowered Holiday Lake level

  • Updated Dam O & M manual and sent to DOE Dam Safety

  • Video inspections of both principal outlets from Holiday and Dickenson Lake

  • Surveying for Wilson Engineering and DOE Dam Safety

  • WDFW HPA for reservoir dock and pump station

  • Filter maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Community road sweeping

  • Grounds keeping

Upcoming Projects:

  • Jar test new coagulant options and replace filter media

  • Establish new WUE Goals and provide membership with public forum for discussion

  • Continue leak detection and distribution repairs

  • Repair Cabana bathrooms

  • Electrician to correct the wiring in the Clubhouse and various WTP projects (mid November)

  • Finish installing 4 remaining dog waste bag posts
