Flushed section 3
Surveying at Clubhouse
Propane leak detected at Clubhouse and has been repaired
Repaired the PRV on the hot water heater at Clubhouse
Cleared drainage ditches of debris around Clubhouse
Repaired leaking standpipe at Aiston Creek Bridge, estimated loss recovered ~ 2 gpm
Street sweeping various locations including the Clubhouse and Berry Way
Repaired Fire Dept. standpipe at Swim Lake
Distribution leakage localized to within the North loop of the system
Upcoming Projects:
Locate and repair distribution leakage in North loop
Seal/repair roof leak at the Clubhouse
Repair the standpipe at 1108 Island Dr. for potential loss recovery ~ 1-2 gpm
