Scope of the Governing Documents

Article 1.3.1.
These Governing Documents apply to all members, be they honorary or regular; to all non-members, be they visitors, tenants or casual users; to all positions, be that directors, officers or employees; and to all property, be that real or otherwise, including equipment, furnishings and outfittings in their broadest sense.
