During this period:

  • Docks removed October 5, with thanks to Chris Immer and Brian Parberry for the large forklift.

  • We are conducting vertical profiling (water sampling at various depths) every two weeks in Dickenson Lake in consultation with Bill Taylor.

  • Holiday Lake level has been lowered below normal winter level, we will be doing another drainage from the fire dept standpipe the week of October 12.

Coming up:

  • Holiday Lake stop-log structure repair tentatively scheduled for the week of October 19.

  • Dept. of Ecology 5-year dam inspection of Holiday Lake and Dickenson Lake dams to occur late October, date not yet scheduled.
