During this period:
Replaced 12 meters because of dead radio batteries. 37 additional meters have failed batteries.
Replaced the reservoir pump September 19.
New small docks were delivered September 24.
Isaac attended certification exam training on September 25-27 and is scheduled to take WTPO and WDM Level 2 exams in November.
Purchased new backhoe, received September 27.
Special on-site training with Department of Health for jar-testing procedure to optimize turbidity on September 30 and upgraded our jar-testing equipment.
Removed docks for the off-season, completed October 3.
Replaced filter media October 11.
